These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of MyAccount ("the Service"), operated by My Account System Sdn Bhd ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are registering on behalf of a business, mosque, association, club, or other organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on that organisation's behalf.
You must provide accurate, current information when registering, and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your Account, including by any Committee Users you invite.
Where an Account is registered for a mosque, association, club, or similar body, the individual completing registration warrants that they are authorised to act as the Account's primary administrator.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful record-keeping and financial administration purposes connected to your business or organisation. You must not:
Subscription fees are billed annually in advance according to the Plan selected at registration, as set out on our Pricing page. Fees are stated in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and are non-refundable except as required by law.

We may change Plan pricing with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal date.
You retain ownership of the Content you submit. We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including reasonable technical and organisational measures to keep it secure, backed up, and accessible only to the access levels you authorise.
You are responsible for reviewing which Committee Users hold access to sensitive financial records, including donation, zakat, or membership data.
You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate an Account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or suspected fraudulent use, with notice where reasonably practicable.
Upon termination, you may export your Content for a limited period as described in our data retention policy before it is deleted from our systems.
The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service, including errors in Content you or your Committee Users enter.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
