Malaysia's leading enterprise business cloud accounting system
Set up around your business, mosque, or club — not a generic chart of accounts.
Every record backed up and reachable years from now, not just this quarter.
Balanced to the ringgit and sen, with an audit trail on every entry.
Built to be run by the owner or treasurer — no accountant on standby.
MyAccount.my gives business owners a complete accounting system they can run themselves, with no accounting background needed. Record sales and expenses from any device, and your financial reports update automatically, so you and your team always know where the business stands, wherever you are.
Any device, any operating system, always synced. Check your books wherever the day takes you.
Low-cost and built to be run by the treasurer, the owner, or the committee — not a hired bookkeeper.
Give staff and committee members their own login, with five levels of access so nobody sees more than they should.
No spreadsheet required — sales, spending and cash position update automatically as you record each transaction.
Nearly two decades in accounting systems, and MyAccount is the first one I'd call built by an accountant for the non-accountant — easy, organised, and easy to manage.
Ideal for traders and small hawkers who need to manage accounts easily, at a price that's genuinely affordable for a small business.
We manage our own accounts now, on our own time — no waiting on anyone else to see where we stand.
Whether you're running day-to-day sales for an SME or keeping simple records for a smaller outfit, accounting shouldn't need a hired bookkeeper.
We have 2 plans for MyAccount — Micro Business for straightforward record-keeping and SME Business when you need more complete management reporting, performance and analysis, stock management and payroll as you grow.
Every plan shares the same core ledger — dashboard, general ledger, trial balance, income statement, financial position, journal, and five levels of access control. Whether you run a business, mosque, association or sports club.
